Love it can’t wait

I believe there is a space in between. In fact if you order online, most sites won’t recognize the city state zip, unless there is a space. Cant wait to see the documentary!!

Space, please. It’s two words in French, after all.

Space, if we’re being technical. Can’t wait to see/get finished product. Been months of anticipation. Looking forward to seeing you guys again too. Let me know when the premiere is.

CONFESSION: I’m a LaPorte native, and this is how I spell it.

LaPorte, IN

There need only be a space, if you are writing in French.

Never did use a space, probably and Americanized version of French.

LaPorte with no space, it is the name of the town I call home.

If I was writing french and talking about “the door” then I would put the space in.

To those who believe that La Porte only needs a space if it is written in French: I have never seen Des Moines, Iowa, Des Plaines, Illinois, or Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, just to name a few, written as one word. Would you write LosAngeles, SantaFe, SanFrancisco, or for that matter SouthBend? Cities with two-word names should be written as two words, regardless of the language.
